- Responsible for project team W product's market demand analysis, user research, questionnaire design, road show PPT design and final display. Collected more than 200 questionnaires. Coordinated and managed the team to complete W product function design, code debugging, mold customization and procurement.
- Participated in the design and publicity of DEMO. Successfully raised 50,000 yuan on product A crowdsourcing platform. Completed the production of primary products within the project schedule with a total of 100,000 yuan, and completed 35 products pre-sale ahead of schedule.
