TikTok Shop——Integrated Marketing, SEA
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Strategy research: delivering market and consumer insights by conducting research and competitor tracking, summarizing the methodology and key approach for ops and marketing team.
2.Business modelling: build branding and marketing operation metrics from scratch and constantly tracking key metrics on a monthly basis (BHT, NPS, Social Listening, search index, etc), and conduct analysis, evaluation of marketing activations, campaigns and key approaches, come up with feasible solutions.
3.Data tool operations: build the data dashboard, conduct A/B experiments by collaborating with DA team, and develop tools to improve the efficiency of all ops and mkt team. Convert the strategy into tools to make sure all the team improve efficiency and complete the target.
4.Resources management: analyze the traffic and promotion tools, layout the solid strategy of improving the efficiency of resource and budget utilization. Also take care of marketing & branding visual and creative authorization.
5.Other ad hoc projects: user tribe analysis and affiliate marketing programs.
Requirements:
1.Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 4-5 days a week for at least 3 months
2.Have a strong sense of responsibility, patience, detail-oriented and have a basic understanding of e-commerce
3.Familiar with basic office software, especially Excel with certain data analysis ability
4.Must be fluent in English for daily communication, strong ability to work under pressure
5.Have experience in consulting firm or e-commerce operation is preferred.
